School Today

Dad (after answering the phone): Hello?

 

Child (age 5): Hi.  Dad ask me how school was today

 

Dad: How was school today?

 

Child: It was lots of fun.  Today we had a birthday party.  We went outside for recess.  There is a boy in my class named Brandon, he broke the swing.  I saw what was wrong so I fixed it.

 

Child: Here is mom!!! (and hands the phone over)
